About Here's To Us

Here's to Us are a husband and wife team based in Cheshire UK. Emma (me!) and Chris are passionate about celebrating life's events, big or small, and thus offer a large range of greetings cards, cake toppers and gifts to suit. From celebrating the arrival of a new grandchild or a little girls first day of school, we believe each occasion deserves to be marked!

When we are not in the studio creating your orders, we are spending time with our two young boys and BSH cat. Our lead times are often longer than the average shop, as we put a big emphasis on spending time with our family. We are so grateful to have a large base of repeat customers who share the same values and allow us to live the life we could have only dreamed of!

However, if you do not receive your item (after 2 weeks for UK orders and 6 weeks for international orders), or are not completely satisfied with it, please get in touch straight away and we'll get the issue rectified.

Personalised items cannot be refunded unless faulty.

If you have changed your mind, you are responsible for return postage costs.

Payment can be made via paypal or by direct checkout using a credit or debit card. Etsy gift cards are also accepted.

Estimated shipping times (FROM DISPATCH! - The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items!)
United Kingdom: 1-5 business days
North America: 5-20 business days
Europe: 3-10 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 7-20 business days

*On very rare occasions, delivery may take up to 6 weeks due to customs. Because of this, I cannot be held responsible for any delays and 6 weeks must pass before discussing replacements or refunds.*

If you wish to upgrade to recorded or next day delivery, let me know and it can be arranged at an extra cost (UK only). I can also offer tracked delivery for some international items, please contact me for more details.

Frequently asked questions
Is Tracking included?

Tracking is not included unless selected at checkout. Tracked shipping costs considerably more and we try to keep costs as low as possible.

If you would like to opt for tracked, please select the relevant method from the drop down at checkout.

Can you rush my order?

Unfortunately we cannot offer any form of express delivery as we have long lead times and it would be unfair to those purchasing before you.

How long does it take to ship?

We are a tiny business of two people, therefore lead times vary depending on how busy we are both in business and personally. Please refer to our shipping information for the most up to date information.

Can I customise this?

Unless the item is specifically a personalised item (personalised in the title, persona led in description, etc), we cannot change anything on the design. Our design time is precious and we have to charge for it, meaning your card would likely cost more than you are willing to pay!

Can I add an inside message?

Unfortunately we no longer offer this service. All of our cards are blank inside.
