Heritage+Joy is a creative studio located in Houston, TX that specializes in custom stationery and paper goods. We provide design services for custom wedding invitations, as well as business and social stationery.

Our mission at Heritage+Joy is to tell your story through fresh, hand-crafted design. We strive to communicate the joyful story of your personal heritage on paper. These are paper goods that you will keep for generations to come, telling and retelling your stories throughout the years.

Returns and exchanges
All products are packaged with the utmost care and handling. For this reason, items sold in the shop may only be returned if it does not meet your expectations. Please note that Heritage+Joy cannot be held responsible for damages/loss caused during shipping.

For NON-CUSTOM items sold in the shop, a full refund will be given for orders cancelled within the initial 24 hours of ordering. If you decide to cancel after 24 hours or would like to return your purchase, you will receive a refund to your PayPal account of your order total minus a 10% restocking fee. Item must be unused and in it’s original packaging.

If you decide to cancel your CUSTOM STATIONERY ORDER before final proof approval, we will only retain your initial 50% deposit. If you decide to cancel after final proof approval, we reserve the right to keep the full amount. Because of the customized nature of your project, we do not accept any returns. If a reprint is necessary due to errors found after the final proof, additional charges will apply.


We reserve the right to deny any refund requests due to unsatisfactory conditions of a non-custom item.
All items sold in the shop can be paid for via PayPal. All major credit and debit cards are accepted worldwide via PayPal. A PayPal account is not necessary to make a transaction.

Custom stationery orders are handled via a separate invoice (see our website FAQ for more info). Payment for custom stationery orders are accepted via checks only. A non-refundable 50% deposit (with $5 purchase listing credit) is required for custom stationery orders before any work begins. The remainder of the balance is due prior to production upon the approval of a final proof. Heritage+Joy is not responsible for any errors found after final proof approval.

An 8.25% tax rate is charged for TX customers.
Non-custom items are shipped as soon as possible, usually within 2 - 3 days of payment. Custom items will be shipped when production has been completed, with time varying with type of product. Please contact us for details if placing a custom order.

Items will ship via USPS or FedEx unless other arrangements are made. Local shipments are estimated to take 3-5 business days. International shipments could take up to 3 weeks depending on the destination. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the package has been shipped.

Standard shipments do not have insurance or trackability. If you need either option, please contact us before making the purchase. The buyer is responsible for any customs/duties if necessary.

All designs, whether preliminary or final, are the exclusive property of Heritage+Joy. Any reproduction of Heritage+Joy designs without the designer's expressed and written permission is prohibited.
