The old adage "It's like riding a bike" is used to explain how a learned activity becomes muscle memory -- something you never forget how to do. But we tend to think that likening anything to riding a bike also means you're comparing two pretty fun activities.

If you are already a biker, you know what we mean. If you aren't, we want you to be one. And we want to make your experience comfortable, fashionable and affordable.

Refunds and Exchanges
Return Policy

If you’re not 100% satisfied with any item, simply return it to us within 30 days for an exchange or refund (less shipping and assembly costs*). If your bike or gear is returned in new condition without scratches or marks on the frame, we will provide a full refund.
If we cannot resell your bike or gear at full retail value, we will provide partial refund based on the market value of the returned bike or gear. Any returns after 30 days will be assessed a 10% restocking fee.

To make a return, please contact us to request a return form.

Upon receiving your return, we’ll process your exchange or refund. Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.

Depending on your method of return, the entire process – from requesting a return form to receiving a refund – generally takes two to three weeks.

* Shipping and assembly costs will be refunded if you receive an item that is defective or damaged.

Defective merchandise returns:

If an item is inoperable but has no apparent damage, it is considered defective. Contact us for assistance if you receive defective merchandise.

Damaged merchandise returns:

Please inspect your package upon arrival. If a shipment arrives with obvious shipping damage, please inspect the product inside. If the product is damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us.

If you find the damage after accepting delivery, please save all boxes, packing materials and paperwork – don’t throw anything away – and immediately contact us.
