Due to the influx of sales during this time we reserve the right to refund the cost of any items that we have oversold. Although we try to avoid that from happening, we are a made-to-order shop and inventory may not always be up-to-date.

Hair Accessories for Minis and Beyond!

Her Joyful Studio specializes in headbands for minis and adults. Our signature bow style and attention to detail is what sets us apart.

I began Her Joyful Studio in May of 2013 as a way to pay for some of my crafting purchases. A month later I found out I was pregnant, and a month after that I found out I was pregnant with twins! Her Joyful Studio seemed to gain a little bit of traction and I began to think to myself "could thing really be something?" It was at that point I became determined to make this into something so I could stay home with my daughters. In the winter of 2014 I was put on bed rest. I spent my days working my day job with my computer on my lap and my nights spent processing orders - all from my bedroom.

In July of 2014 I left my previous career to keep up with the demand of Her Joyful Studio. I love creating and crafting and thankful I am able to do something I love while spending the days with the best co-workers around - my little ladies. Brooke and Bridget are truly the inspiration behind my shop and they make my life and work joyful.

My item is delayed with USPS, what can you do?

Unfortunately, since I am not affiliated with USPS I am only privy to the tracking information that you see. All time frames that USPS gives are estimates and not guarantees. USPS does not consider a package lost in transit until it has been in transit for 15 business days. At this time, I consider the package lost and will move to next steps in ensuring you have a satisfactory experience with Her Joyful Studio.

What is your current processing time?

Current production time on most items is 8-10 business days, unless you are just purchasing from our "Ready to Ship" section. Our goal is to ship items sooner than 8-10 business days, but this can not be promised unless the rush add-on is purchased.

Wholesale availability

You can find us on Etsy Wholesale or send us a message and we will get our wholesale info to you.

Care instructions

Headbands may contain small parts. Children should always be supervised while wearing this or any other headband. Once the product is in your hands you are responsible for proper use.

The suggested cleaning for most headbands is spot cleaning. Knotted headbands can be hand washed and laid flat to dry. Any other headband in our shop should not be washed and only (very carefully) spot washed.

Once you mail my order how long will it take to receive?

For domestic orders USPS estimates 3-5 business days but these are ESTIMATES and not guarantees. Orders can sometimes take up to 15 business days if there is a delay. Her Joyful Studio can not be held responsible for delays with the post office and refunds will not be honored because of delays. Please budget enough time and place your order early for special events.

If you upgrade to Priority mail for domestic orders USPS ESTIMATES 1-3 business days, but this is not a guarantee. Orders can sometimes take up to 15 business days if there is a delay. Her Joyful Studio can not be held responsible for delays with the post office and refunds will not be honored because of delays. Please budget enough time and place your order early.

USPS tracking says my international/domestic order is delivered but I don't have it, what can you do?

For international orders shipped via USPS, once the package leaves US soil, the USPS does not have any control over delivery. If tracking states that your package has arrived in it’s destination country, you must contact your local post office or carrier to work with them to have the packaged delivered. Once a package leaves our hands, we no longer have control over it, and if the tracking states its delivered that's what we go by.
