Elegant Handcrafted Stationery and Greetings

The designs you find here won’t be found anywhere else. I draw on my classic, preppy personal style and add playful, unexpected pops of color and pattern when designing my cards and envelopes. I am a girly girl, so you won’t find a shortage of pink or flowers in my shop!

I love searching craft stores for beautiful and unique designs to line my envelopes and stamp my cards with, and get lost in the unending digital paper and graphics I find on Etsy made by talented, independent artists.

Many of my note cards are embossed, a process that involves stamping, applying a powder, then heating to create a beautiful, raised texture to words and pictures. It’s not a technique that is commonly used, and really sets my cards apart from even the most expensive store-bought cards.

Most of my envelopes are lined. Liners add that je ne sais quoi, and make the envelope feel more complete, like a gift! You are probably writing to someone who went out of their way for you, or you want to make someone feel special, so you should use paper that’s special too!

SHIPPING

United States–
I ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail. Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express are available for an additional fee. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the estimated arrival date and tracking number. I do not ship via FedEx, UPS, or DHL. Please make sure your stationery is shipped somewhere where it will be kept dry/inside.

International–
I ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. Buyers are responsible for any and all fees and customs charges that are associated with their country's policies and regulations. I do not mark packages as gifts nor do I alter the value of items on customs forms. Packages may take time to go through customs. Please allow up to eight weeks for orders to arrive. I do not ship via FedEx, UPS, or DHL. Please make sure your stationery is shipped somewhere where it will be kept dry/inside.


SHIPPING ADDRESS

All orders are automatically shipped to the address you provide. I make no changes to addresses attached to the orders I receive. Therefore, I do not issue refunds, returns, exchanges or redo orders if an order is shipped to an incorrect address. Buyers are responsible for having their accurate address listed.

SHIPPING RATES

My shipping rates include the cost of postage, all necessary shipping materials and any/all seller fees associated with orders.

Additional shipping services such as upgrading to Priority Mail Express, Signature Confirmation and additional insurance are available to be purchased with orders. These services are not included simply by request and must be purchased by buyers.

I do not offer shipping services such as UPS, FedEx or DHL. I ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) only.

When placing multiple/additional orders that will ship together or purchasing shipping upgrades separately from an order, I do not combine shipping costs or issue partial refunds for shipping overages. Sellers on Etsy pay fees "per transaction" and my shipping rates are priced accordingly. If you are concerned about combined shipping or upgrades, please write me before ordering to make sure everything can be purchased in a single order.


TIMELINE

Unless otherwise noted in my shop announcement, all orders ship within 1-5 business days. US orders typically arrive in 2-6 business days and international orders in 2-6 weeks. Orders may take longer during busy times. Orders shipped during the holiday season (November - December) may take longer to arrive due to the high amount of circulating mail. I recommend placing orders at least two weeks in advance, six weeks for international orders, to ensure that they arrive on time.

I happily accommodate rush orders. If you need your order shipped sooner than the expected shipping date, please message me before ordering to confirm that your order can be shipped by the date needed. A rush fee may apply in addition to expedited shipping charges to get materials to me to complete your order and for me to send the completed product to you.

If you need your order by a certain date but do not confirm shipping or timing details before ordering, I cannot guarantee your shipping date nor will I cancel the order.

I can only guarantee a shipping date, never an arrival date. I don't ever issue refunds or returns because a package doesn't arrive on time. It is the buyers responsibility to place an order with enough time (processing & shipping time) to receive it by their deadline.
Refunds and Exchanges
I love special orders, however, please note that custom orders and personalized stationery sets are non-refundable.

If there is any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me.

By placing an order, you are legally agreeing to complete the transaction and I am not required to cancel the order for any reason. I also do not partially refund orders for items no longer wanted. Please make any inquiries needed before ordering.

Please read Custom Order descriptions carefully before purchasing and send me a conversation if you have any questions about your order.

I do not cancel orders after they have been placed unless I need additional information to complete your order and can not reach you through Etsy or via the email address you provided to Etsy. Etsy's policies state that sellers are not required to cancel orders simply upon request of the buyer. Purchase with confidence.

Please be aware that once a package leaves my hands, it is the responsibility of the postal service to get it to your doorstep. I understand that packages can get lost. I ship every order with a tracking number to prevent this.

If the tracking information shows that the order has been delivered by the Post Office, the transaction is considered finished. Unfortunately, I will not be able to assist in resolving any non-delivery claims in this case.

If for some reason your order never arrives and the tracking information shows it hasn't made it to you, I will wait two weeks (US orders) or eight weeks (international orders) before reshipping an order or issuing a refund. Sometimes a package gets held up before reaching its destination.

If an item arrives damaged, I require photo documentation of the damage before making any decisions. Photos are also necessary to file an insurance claim with USPS. I would be happy to resend an order once a claim has been filed.

Damaged means unusable. Since my products are mostly unbreakable items, this only applies to listings that contain damageable materials. I do not replace items that are damaged by misuse. Please have your order shipped to a secure location, where it will be kept out of the weather, as rain and snow can damage paper goods.
