I have matched colors in the photographs as closely as possible, but computer screens vary. Actual colors may not be exactly as you see them on your computer. My pottery and jewelry is even more beautiful in person! However, I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any questions about your order please contact me immediately and we will work it out. Please give me a chance to address any concerns before leaving less than perfect Feedback.
Returns are accepted within 3 days of receipt, in original condition and unworn, unused. Contact me before sending an item back. Purchaser is responsible for cost of return shipping, and any shipping for exchanges. I will be happy to exchange the item, or reimburse the full purchase price once the item has been returned in original condition.

Payment must be made within 2 days of purchase.

-All items are carefully packed by me and shipped within 3 days of payment.

-Shipping prices only include USPS Priority Mail and Delivery Confirmation.

-Shipping prices do NOT include insurance- that is additional. If you want to add
insurance, signature confirmation, priority and so on, please contact me
BEFORE purchasing your order and I will be happy to change the shipping
price accordingly.

-Purchase Pottery and Jewelry in the same transaction, and the jewelry ships free
in the same package!

-Purchases of $75 and above:
~Jewelry purchases of $75 and above receive FREE SHIPPING within the
United States.
~Purchases of $75 and above which include Pottery will receive a $4 shipping
discount/refund .
~International purchases of $75 and above, I will only charge you the price
difference between domestic and international shipping.

- I am NOT responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail. Insurance is not
included in my shipping prices. If you want to add insurance, signature
confirmation, priority and so on, please contact me BEFORE purchasing your
order and I will be happy to change the shipping price accordingly.

-I ship to your Etsy address, if you need another address, please contact me as
soon as possible.

-International orders, I am happy to ship to your country! Please contact me with your
location and I will reply with shipping options.

Gift Certificates:
Gift Certificate will be beautifully printed on photo paper and will be mailed within 3 days of purchase, usually sooner. If you choose a PDF file, it will be E-mailed within 2 days, usually sooner.

How to order your Gift Certificate:

1. Add the Certificate to your cart.

2. In "Message to Seller" let me know if you want it:
A) printed and shipped to YOU
B) printed and shipped directly to the recipient (INCLUDE their mailing address!)
C) E-mailed to YOU as a PDF (include your email address!)
D) E-mailed directly to the recipient as a PDF (include their E-mail address!!)
this is perfect for last minute gifts!

3. Also, tell me the names you want in the "Lucky Recipient" and "From" areas on the certificate. If you want these areas blank so you can write them in yourself (if I ship a printed copy to you) let me know.

Please do NOT use Coupon Codes or other special offers when purchasing a Gift Certificate. Must be purchased for FULL face value. (When certificate is redeemed, the recipient may use any valid Coupon Codes at that time.)

Gift Certificates have no cash value. However, anything purchased with a Gift Certificate is eligible for my full refund & exchange policy. I want you to be happy with your purchase.
