Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
Custom orders are all sales final. If there is an error in the order at the fault of hersilverlining.etsy.com I will happily correct the issue for you with a replacement item. I ask that you contact us within 48hrs of receiving the package.

Refunds (if applicable) are granted once I've received the item back in new, unused condition.

I do not accept returns or offer refunds for changing your mind on a purchase. I'm sorry, but customized items cannot be resold. Thank you for your understanding! :)

Shipping
All orders have a 2 week processing time BEFORE shipment unless otherwise noted. Please keep in mind this does not include transit time.

Turnaround times may be longer during the holidays.

Orders are shipped via First Class USPS Mail.
Transit time:

Within the USA: 3-7 days.
Canada: 10+ business days.
International: 2-6 weeks.

Please keep in mind these are all estimates and orders can take longer due to weather, holiday seasons, or traveling through customs.

I cannot guarantee a DELIVERY date for any international orders. With a package going through customs, I am unable to predict and/or estimate a date of delivery beyond the quote of 2-6 weeks listed above. Thanks for your understanding!

ALL USA/Canada orders ship with tracking. MOST international orders ship with tracking.

Any customs fees are the RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER. I will NOT mark packages as "gift" as it's against the US law.
