By default, the planters do not come with drainage holes on the bottom. If you would like your order to have holes, please include a note in the personalization field, at checkout, or send me a message on Etsy.
We also offer planter trays made to hold water that drips from your planter, helping your plants maintain a healthy balance of moisture.

Measurements listed on 3D Printed items are measured from the outside diameter -- not the inside. They are measured from the widest point, not necessarily the opening at the top.
If you have a specific custom size in mind, please reach out to me! Please note, the maximum size I can currently print anything is 15" tall and 10.5" wide.

The 3D printing process can take a very long time. An 8 Inch Waves vase for example takes 12 hours to produce just one. Lead times may vary depending on the size of the order.

Please note: Our products are not dishwasher safe. Please wash by hand using cold water.
Excessively hot temperature will deform the 3D Print.

We have done much testing with our products to ensure they come out watertight. What we found was that regular 3D Prints have thin walls with gaps between the layers.
Our machines are tuned to make sure the final product has extra thick walls compared to normal prints and extra extrusion to fill the gaps. We also test our products by filling them with water!
