Returns and exchanges
Please let us know if you'd like a return/exchange as soon as possible. If refunding/exchanging, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges. Exchanges can be made for equal or lesser value, up to 30 days after shipment.

Wedding Invitation & Samples cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping
We send all my packages through the Canada Post and ship to the address you give to Etsy, so please be sure it's correct before ordering. We can't be held responsible for incorrect addresses.

To expedite your order or ensure you'll get your package by a specific date, contact us before payment so we can give you a shipping estimate!

If you'd like your order to be gift wrapped or include a special note, let us know as soon as possible (preferably in your buyer's notes at checkout).

All int'l packages are sent First Class (no tracking). All packages are marked as merchandise through Canada Post - any customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Let us know if you want tracking/express shipping before ordering and we'll gladly update the listing for you!

Here are some approximate arrival dates after shipments are sent. Please note that these times may vary!
Canadian packages should arrive between 4-9 business days.
U.S. packages should arrive within 7-14 business days.
For our international customers outside the U.S. please allow 7-21 business days for your purchase to arrive.

Even though we try hard to make every item as perfect as possible, all handmade items have tiny quirks.

Our brooches are made from paper and wood, so they are not designed to be immersed in water. They are coated with an eco-friendly satin varnish to protect the paper so they are water resistant.

Our eco-friendly brooches are made from sustainably forested wood and packaged in 100% post consumer recycled materials.

Custom and wholesale orders are accepted. Please convo us to inquire. We will do our best to accommodate all requests.
