Anatomical Embroidery, Stitched from the Heart
In 2008 I began working as a Medical Social Worker at a community health clinic. I was in serious need of a hobby that allowed me to relax at the end of a stressful work day. I pulled up an embroidery instruction video and took note. I quickly became obsessed with stitching and could not get enough. My walls were overflowing with hoops and stitches, so I began selling on Etsy. My work is largely influenced by my career in the medical field.
I find pleasure in completing each piece and sharing the final product. The quality of my work is extremely important to me. I aim to spoil each and every customer that supports my shop.
Finally, I am a strong supporter of the the handmade movement. I never stop representing the great city of Kansas City and enjoy sharing a little handmade KC love with the world!
