Shipping costs may differ between Germany, EU, Non-EU Europe and roughly speaking 'everywhere else'.

Hey, Tze! is based in Germany.

A customs fee may still be applied by the carrier. Hey, Tze! doesn't ship to countries that ask for an extra COVID-19 risk fee.

📦 TRACKING
Tracking may be included depending on how reliable delivery services are in the receiving country. This doesn't affect the shipping price. All orders (with the exception of flat mail) outside of the EU include tracking.

📦 PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment.
Customised orders might take longer; the expected time will be mentioned in the listing.

✈️ SHIPPING TIME
Generally speaking these are the current shipping times:
+Germany: 2-7 days
+Europe: 5-14 days
+Everywhere else: 2-8 weeks
NOTE: Some countries will have longer shipping times because of the ever-changing circumstances surrounding Covid-19, and around the festive season. Mail to South-America has been known to take 2-3 months to arrive.

SHIPPING: Times and tracking your parcel

Depending on how reliable delivery services are in the receiving country I may or may not include tracking. This doesn't affect the shipping price. All orders outside of the EU will include tracking.

Items are sent carefully wrapped and with sufficient padding.

If, however, your order still gets damaged during shipping, please contact me via an Etsy conversation as soon as possible so we can find a solution together.

I accept returns when contacted within 14 days of delivery. For a full refund items must be returned to me in their original state within 30 days of delivery. Custom orders, unless faulty, are excluded from returns.
Shipping is not refunded, nor is shipping for returns. Tracking returns is recommended.
