Hey Tze Kids is aimed at anyone looking for that unique and cute children's gift. This shop will stock badges, downloads and hopefully children's books in the future.
All of Hey Tze's works are hand drawn. Most are coloured with Promarkers on watercolour paper, giving permanent and vibrant results. Black-and-white illustrations are inked with artist pens, which are light and water proof.
Physical orders are handled within 1-3 business days and always sent securely with tracking, worldwide. All digital products are instant downloads.

Designs may never be redistributed, be it for free or for money, and not be claimed fully as or as part of your own design.

USER LICENSE: Explanation of 'as is'
When used, the original design may not be altered (for example by changing the colour, pattern or by adding elements) to then claim it as your own. Resizing is of course fine.
SHIPPING: Shipping costs for multiple items
Shipping is added only once; every additional product you add to the same shopping basket will be shipped for free.
Shipping within Germany: €4
Shipping everywhere else: €7
Costs include tracked shipping.
Orders of €29 or over are shipped entirely free. For this, you can use the coupon code FREESHIPPING29 when checking out.
SHIPPING: Tracking your parcel
Every order is sent with tracked shipping by Deutsche Post or DHL. Once your order has been shipped you'll receive a note with the tracking URL (the website's available in English) and tracking code.
SHIPPING: Wrapping and protection
Badges are protected by a plastic sleeve and shipped in padded envelopes.
Illustrations are protected by a plastic sleeve and sandwiched between cardboard.
If, however, we happen to be unlucky and your order gets damaged during shipping, please contact me via an Etsy conversation as soon as possible so we can find a solution together.

I accept returns when contacted within 14 days of delivery. For a full refund, items must be returned to me in their original state within 30 days of delivery. Custom orders, unless faulty, are excluded from returns.
Shipping is not refunded, nor is shipping for returns. Tracked shipping is recommended.
As for cancellations, please contact me WITHIN 1 HOUR of purchase as I aim to ship orders immediately upon receiving them.
