Returns and exchanges
I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are disappointed with your order, please email me regarding a return or exchange. When I receive your return and determine it to be in good, unused condition, I'll issue a refund for the merchandise cost. Shipping costs (both for the original order and return) are not refunded except in cases of error by Hey Yo Yo.

Please note that we do not accept returns on straw or paper bag purchases for health reasons.

We are not responsible for errors on the part of the buyer, such as errors in the shipping address provided.

For safety and health reasons, I do not accept returns on edibles, straws, and cupcake liners.
Payment
You do not need a Paypal account to use Paypal. Paypal allows you to check out with your credit card or debit card (there is a button for that when Paypal directs you to complete your payment).

If you pay with an E-CHECK your order will not ship until your payment clears. That takes an additional 3-5 business days (international ones take longer). This will extend the processing and shipping time on your order. For faster turnaround, we recommend using your credit or debit card through Paypal.
Shipping
I ship Monday through Friday via USPS First Class mail. I do my best to ship orders within 24 to 48 hours, not including weekends and holidays. You will receive an email notice when your order has shipped.

Within the US, delivery generally takes just a few days. If you have a deadline, I will send your package ASAP. Please let me know your time line via the notes.

I add tracking to all my packages and can generally trace them when they go astray. Still, once I give packages to the USPS, I am no longer in control. Occasionally, delivery takes a bit longer than expected.

For very fast service, you may request Priority Shipping or Express Shipping. I will convo you with the extra shipping charge. Orders will not be sent until I receive the additional payment. Please pay the extra shipping quickly so I can get your package on its way.

Yes. I ship all over the world and will do everything I can to assure your order arrives quickly. If your country has unique shipping limitations (for example, if a large order needs to be divided into smaller parcels), please leave directions in the notes. International packages do not include tracking so please take extra care to provide a detailed and accurate shipping address.

Hey Yo Yo items may be shipped worldwide even when the listing does not mention shipping charges specific to your country! Please contact me with a list of what you'd like to order and I'll create a custom listing with the actual shipping cost.

When either US or international orders go astray, it is often due to a problem with the shipping address. To limit errors on my end, I copy and paste the shipping address directly from PayPal. Please please please ... make sure the address that's selected at checkout is the one you'd like your package sent to.
* If you have moved, please double check that you have updated the address.
* If you want the package sent to a business address or address with multiple units, please make sure to include the business name and suite number.
* You may wish to inform family members that you are expecting a package so they don’t discard it without your knowledge.

Packages returned to me due to an incomplete address will be re-sent after you pay additional shipping charges or the order will be refunded (minus the original shipping charges).

Hey Yo Yo does not refund for packages lost by the postal service. We can provide tracking info. for all our packages, but if they go astray it is due to the postal service and we cannot take responsibility for it. If you would like to add insurance to your package please let us know ahead of time.
Additional policies and FAQs
Product colors (as pictured) will vary based on differences in computer monitors, lighting, and product dye lots. In addition, color names are not an exact science (there is no one standard for aqua, for example) so products with the same color name may not match exactly. If this is important to you, please convo me before ordering so I can provide help as you make your selections.

Hey Yo Yo cupcake liners come from multiple manufacturers. Although I do my best to provide base and height dimensions, similar sizes may not match up exactly.

Multiple similar items (cupcake papers, straws, cake toppers, etc.) may be combined to save space in the shipping box or minimize packaging materials. Please let us know if you prefer that your items be packaged individually. All of our items are gift worthy and nicely packaged, but we will be happy to add ribbons and gift cards at your request.

Hey YoY o crafting supplies, cake toppers and picks, and vintage toys may be fragile. Please keep them away from small children as they may be choking hazards. Vintage toys are not necessarily sturdy enough for everyday play.

If I describe an item as Vintage, I have sourced it with care. Reproductions may be available elsewhere, but I take a lot of effort to bring you vintage originals. Many are labeled Japan or Hong Kong.
