I am so happy that you have stumbled across my shop! I do hope that I can provide you with the tools and inspiration you need to blog and do business beautifully.

My guess is that you are here because you LOVE pretty things. Well, I do too. So we should get along just fine :)

If you have a custom project request for brand or blog design, I will send you a quote and contract that will be followed by an invoice. For all custom design work, I require a 50% deposit to secure dates, with the remaining 50% being due on or before the project start date.
All items are digital, so no shipping fees will be charged unless otherwise noted in individual listings.

CUSTOM DESIGN: Once your design is complete and final approval has been given, you will be emailed or sent a dropbox link to pick up your files. You will receive some or all of the following file types: eps (vector), jpg, png, psd, zip, and/or pdf.

All instant download templates may be downloaded immediately after purchase. Please be sure to download all attached zip files.

You will receive a proof within 1-2 days via the email attached to your etsy account. Once final approval has been received, you will be emailed the files within 24-48 business hours.

Please check with me regarding timelines. Jobs are booked on first come, first serve. Your project date does not start until all required information has been returned to me.

After I have all necessary information, you will receive a start date and your concepts will be sent within 5-7 business days of your start date. Revision requests take 1-5 business days, depending on the complexity. New concept designs will require additional time.

Please note: Any delays in response on the clients end will result in delays in the design process. I ask kindly that if you are unable to dedicate time to the process, wait until you are ready to do so.
Refunds and Exchanges
CUSTOM PROJECTS: If refunds are requested within 24 hours, a 15% convenience fee will be charged. If concepts have already been submitted, the amount will be determined by the designer based on the amount of work completed. Once revision requests have been submitted, refunds will not be provided.

Premade logos, templates, bog training, social media icons, printable wall art and greeting cards are 100% non-refundable. No exceptions.

Additional policies and FAQs
LEGAL DISCLOSURE: All designs/templates/premade logos are not to be sold as your own work. It is a copyright violation to use the designs in any manner that is not explicitly permitted, or to reproduce the graphics without the consent of the designer.

Buyer may not resell, relicense, redistribute without express written permission. Use as a derivative work, and reselling or redistributing such derivative work is prohibited. Simple & Vanessa retains all rights, license, copyright, title and ownership of the designs.
