Quality:::My clothes, bags, and jewelry are all fabricated with great care. I would never expect to sell something I would not personally purchase and wear, and I wouldn't purchase anything that wasn't of the highest quality and fashion.

Packaging:::Clothing comes with sizing information and care instructions. All items bear a professional tag with the HiAnnie silhouette logo and Etsy URL. I will gladly gift wrap upon request.

Returns and exchanges

Refunds:::I handle refunds on a case by case basis. If there is something specific "wrong" with your item, please convo me and we will work out a deal that satisfies you. I cannot be held responsible for damages to your package during transit, but if you make me aware of any such problem, I will take it up with my Post Office.

Payment

Payment:::Payment is appreciated at the time of checkout, but is required within 3 days unless we have made other arrangements prior to an item's purchase. Standard sales tax applies to Ohio residents and will be added by PayPal.

Shipping

Shipping:::In-stock items ship within 3 days of cleared payment. Custom items may take up to 10 days to be made and shipped. More time may be needed for fabric or notions that must be special ordered. I will always let you know exactly how long your custom item will take to be made and shipped at the time of payment. Insurance is not included in my shipping prices, but may be added if you wish.

International shipping:::Because of the recent changes in shipping costs and the many different countries represented here on Etsy, it is impossible for me to list international shipping rates for each item and each country within my listings. If you are interested in a particular item, simply convo me with the item name and your location and I will get you a shipping quote within 24 hours.
