Thank you for visiting HIDAKY! We'd love to hear from you with any questions or concerns. Please send us an email, and we will respond within 24 hours. It is best to ask questions prior to your purchase to avoid problems or misunderstandings later.
For the moment we only accept payment through PayPal or money order. Your item will be shipped within the next 48 business hours once the payment is received.
If we do not receive payment within a week’s time of the purchase, we will send a reminder. If we do not receive a response within 24 hours, the order will be canceled.
We ship from Monday through Friday; we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays observed by the United States Postal Service. We send your orders via USPS first class mail.
For International shipping, please inquire first, so we can calculate the cost of the shipping. International buyers are responsible for any customs charges that may incur from your local post office.
If you have any specific requests, such as an expedited order, contact us via “note to seller.”
Also, we are not responsible for damages incurred during the shipping process. If you wish to purchase insurance, please contact us via "note to seller."
Refunds and Exchanges
We put every effort and detail into our products. If you are not satisfied with the item, we are glad to offer refunds or exchanges. We have a 7 day return policy to receive a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping cost. You must email us if you will be sending your item back.
All items returned must be in the same condition they were in when we sent. If any of these requirements are not met, a refund will not be granted.
