I do not offer returns or exchanges on vintage items. I try and package fragile items as carefully as possible so if your item arrives broken you must contact me within 3 days of receipt and email me a picture of the broken item to etsyflim [!at] gmail.com. That being said, I want you to be happy! So convo me if an issue does occur with your item.

I cannot be held responsible for items lost or stolen in transit, or clothing/jewelry items that do not fit.

I try and describe each item as accurately as possible. If you have any questions please ask them before purchasing the item. Please note that there may be variations in color depending on your computer monitor.

Immediate/same day payment is appreciated. Remember that you must send payment through Paypal - it's not enough just to purchase the item through Etsy.

Payment is due within 48 hours. If you run into a problem with Paypal, please send me a message via etsy or etsyflim [!at] gmail.com.

If you have not sent payment 24 hours after buying the item, I will send you a Paypal invoice as a friendly reminder. After 48 hours, I will have to cancel the sale and relist the item. And that's no fun for anyone.

International shipping is welcome! Just drop me a note and I will put up postage price. Prices are estimates so there may be some adjustment.

I try to use as much recycled material as possible for packaging. (Your packing slip may be printed on the reverse of some office paper!) However, I do love gift wrapping and having fun with dressing up the package!

I try to ship 1-2 days after I receive payment. Heavier items may ship parcel post to reduce shipping costs. Friday and weekend orders ship Monday. If you need something in a hurry, please convo me and we can work something out.

If you are buying more than one item, convo me about combined shipping costs.

Sometimes what I estimate for shipping costs can change depending on the amount of packing material used in addition to the weight of the item. If there is a large discrepancy, I may ask you to help cover the difference AFTER payment has been made. International shipping is particularly tricky in this regard, because there are limits to sending things First Class International (<4 lbs).
