Accepted payment methods

Paypal works well too. I ask that you pay as soon as you purchase. If you can't manage this, please contact me before you place your order. I am happy to put items on hold for you or to split payments.
If you pay by e-check your order will not be processed until payment has cleared.
New Zealanders can pay by bank transfer. Contact me for account details. As with e-checks your order will not be processed until payment has cleared.
Shipping is with New Zealand Post - Parcel Post for within New Zealand and International Air for everywhere else. This takes 3-6 business days for NZ and Australia and 10-12 business days for the rest of the world.
Tracking numbers and Express Shipping cost more than most of the items I sell, so I don't offer this as an everyday option. If you want either of these services, contact me for pricing and information.
Please check that your address is correct with both Etsy and with Paypal. If they are different I will post to the address provided by Etsy.
I will post within two days of receiving payment for ready-made items and within one week for custom orders. You will receive a shipping notification when your item is on the way.
Any customs charges and taxes are the buyers responsibility. Please check with your customs office before you buy.
If you believe that an item has gone missing in the post, contact me so that I can track it down and work out a solution for you.
Refunds and Exchanges
If a return and refund is agreed upon by both of us, any return shipping costs will be the buyer's responsibility. The items must be returned before any refund will be processed. The refund amount will be for the cost of the items only, shipping costs will not be refunded.
Please choose carefully. Double check all your measurements first, even triple check. It doesn't hurt to be sure and if there is anything you don't understand, just ask. I am happy to answer your questions.
Colours may vary ever so slightly from how they appear on your monitor. I do my best to photograph swatches accurately and check them on a number of monitors, but they can appear a little bit different.
