5 out of 5 starsMy print arrived on-time and in good condition, which was slightly surprising considering how carelessly my postal carrier was with it... The print was bent and shoved into my mailbox along with the rest of my mail - but flattened out after a couple days of laying flat on the table. The artwork itself is 8x11, but there's a bit of white paper showing around the edges, making the whole thing slightly larger. You'll probably need to trim that or use some matting. Also - 8x11 is a slightly-weird size. I had no trouble finding off-the-shelf frames in sizes like 8x10 or 8.5x11, but nothing for 8x11. So expect to put a little bit of effort into framing this artwork. I love the art. It's rich, mysterious, haunting. I love pondering exactly what scenario led to this point.

Payment
Do bombard me with questions if you are having technical issues with Paypal or Etsy and I will do my best to help you :)
Shipping
I will ship your order after I receive payment and I'll happily send your items anywhere that a postman can reach ;)
I use Tracked services within the UK and internationally. I only use normal 1st class for orders containing postcards only, so you get reasonable shipping costs when buying just a few postcards. Your items should arrive to you in a week or so, but you know how postal services are sometimes. So please drop me a line if your goodies seem to be delayed and I'll make sure to punish those lazy, big-bellied British postmen :D
I have rarely orders damaged or lost in the post but if something happens do let me know and I'll do my best to compensate for the rare sadistic postman :). All orders are insured up to US$30 excluding shipping costs and will be replaced once the postal services compensate us but if you make a bigger order do let me know if you want extra insurance.
In any case, we can only start a claim for lost items after 2 weeks for UK addresses and after 5 weeks for the rest of the world.
Finally, there shouldn't really be any customs charges, but if they happen to pop up, you will be responsible for them.
I will always send goodies to your Etsy address if you don't tell me otherwise, so go right ahead and drop me a line after you've made your order if you want them delivered somewhere else or if you are ordering something for a loved one :) I love taking part in gifts and surprises :D
I will always, always combine as much shipping as I can and I don't make a profit out of p&p costs. Please let me know if you make two or more separate orders that you want them to be combined, in case I miss it and send them separately.

-*- Technical specifications -*-
... for those who like them or simply the very curious of you ...
All my prints are high resolution archival quality Giclee prints!!
All my prints are printed with an Epson Stylus Photo R1800, professional inkjet printer and the quality it produces is impressive. It uses a system of 8 different archival pigment inks which are vibrant, natural, velvety or satin glossy if needed, but above all they are very very persistent!! They are true, acid free pigments -no cheap dyes- that will last for 100 years easily or to say bluntly, as long as you care for them to do so.
...and yes I only use original Epson cartridges. ...yeah I know I'm so faithful...but that's because nothing beats the quality of the original inks, all others just colour (actually stain) paper for a while and then fade away.
I also use original archival heavyweight matte art paper for my art prints. It is toxic free, brilliantly white, so very smooth with a beautiful soft finish.
I use accurate ICC colour profiles so that everything I print has exactly the colours I intended it to. My artwork files are at 400 to 600 DPI (that's: Dots Per Inch) so that not even the slightest details are lost in print.
All my prints are always printed at the maximum quality settings that my printer can handle. :)
-*- And an important note on Colour! -*-
Keep in mind that the previews of my art that you see in my shop will probably appear slightly different in colour according to your monitor and how it is set-up. And they are certainly much brighter and livelier on print!! Especially Mac users may see everything a bit paler than it really is because I work on Windows. Be sure, though, that I take great pains in assuring beautiful and real colours in everything I print.
-*- 3D printed jewellery -*-
3D printed jewellery: I am very excited with my new 3D printed jewellery collection and it's very fun to be able to offer goodies that are really on the cutting edge of new technologies. I poured a lot of love into designing every curve of these goodies and I do my best so that you can be as happy as I am with all of them. Please keep the following things in mind though:
The materials used for manufacturing the jewellery make them suitable for decorative purposes and they are not suited for any other purpose. The jewellery are not suitable as toys to be given to children. The jewellery should not come in contact with electricity or food & drinks and should be kept away from heat. Here's some more details about specific materials.
Polyamide nylon: This is a very durable material while being very light and comfortable. It is porous, so it will absorb minuscule pollution particles in the air. The white version will turn yellowish over time if you expose it to direct sunlight. In sunny England (sob sob), I have left white nylon goodies under the sun for weeks with no visible discolouration. If you live in a sunnier part of the world... I envy you so much! :P
Stainless Steel, bronze-infused: There is a small amount of bronze in the stainless steel goodies, as part of the creation process. If you are allergic to bronze, better get a gold plated version. If it isn't available in the shop, let me know and we can work something out!
Because the amount of bronze varies, due to the creation process, the stainless steel pieces may vary slightly in colour, from an icy-steel type to a more golden-hue steel type. We try to photograph an average colour but there will be some variation from time to time.
Gold plating: Through intensive use, any gold plating can fade.
Finally, if I run out of a specific chain, I may substitute with a similar one without notice.
No animals were hurt in the creation of my new jewellery and I do not use real bones for casting or reference. I am vegan after all. :)
Happy Playing!
