FAQs:
♥ Can I return my item? To return/exchange an item please message for return details. All personalised items are non-refundable so please check measurements carefully to avoid disappointment. If there are any faults with your item please send me a message and I will make it right as soon as I possibly can. Digital downloads are none refundable due to there instant download nature.
♥ Where do I send my photo/s? - Please send your photos via an Etsy message or email to info'at'hidoggi.com after you've placed your order.
♥ Do you remove the background of the photo - Yes, I carefully cut out the background of the pets in Photoshop. I also will try to improve the image if it needs sharpening or brightening for example.
♥ Do you offer any other colours? - Quite often the items are available in other colours to the ones listed. Please drop me a message if you have a particular colour in mind.
♥ Can you change the text? - Yes, every item is printed to order so if you wanted a 'Best cat dad' shirt to be changed to 'Best cat daddy' for example just send me a message.
♥ Will I be charged import taxes? -You shouldn't get charged import taxes but if by the rare chance you do get charged I will refund you the full amount.
♥ Why is my tracking still saying 'Pre transit' (US orders coming from UK): Shipping timeframe to the US is 5-10 working days. The tracking will show pre-shipment while the order is in transit from UK to the US. That usually takes 5 working days and it gets scanned by USPS on the day it arrives or on the 6th-7th working day.

But the service helped produce a better picture. The design amended to bespoke and specific requirements, and the results were fabulous. Highly likely to be back for more. I would have been thrilled with just the shirt, but the standout for me was the customer service, which was exceptional. Thank you so much. A present that was appreciated by all the family and further afield. It made my month.
