    Hello my name is Jacky Sylvie and I hand cut, shape and sand all my items from 100% recycled vinyl records and album covers. I fully enjoy creating new uses for discarded objects and finding new ways to wear and use music.

    If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason please contact me through Etsy conversation.
    Please do not leave neutral or negative feedback before contacting me as I will work to make your experience satisfactory.

    Accepted payment methods

    Accepts Etsy Gift Cards and Etsy Credits
    Returns and exchanges
    I do not provide Refunds unless there is not another suitable replacement item available. However, if you are unhappy for any reason, let me know. I will work with you to resolve the issue or refund your money. If the item is damaged or is of sub-standard quality or not as described, I will be happy to refund your money.

    Exchanges -- please just contact me with your concern, and I will provide you with an address to ship back the item. Include a note with your name, address and the item that should be sent in replacement. As soon as I get the item in, I will be happy to ship out a replacement.

    I accept payment through Paypal.

    NOTE: Texas residents will be charged 8.25% sales tax at checkout through Paypal

    Please pay or make arrangements via convo to pay within 3 days of when you place your Etsy order. If you have made a mistake and did not intend to place the order it can be canceled through Etsy.
    Shipping
    Please allow 5-7 days before shipping, unless stated otherwise on listing. If you would like your order shipped by overnight or express mail for an added charge please let me know. Note: USPS Priority shipping is 2-3 days estimated time of arrival during normal business days as stated by the United postal service. USPS may take longer with Priority items during Holidays. Items ordered or shipped after 12 pm on Saturdays will be shipped on Monday

    Please make sure your Paypal address and shipping address are the same and up to date.
