Received this item well packed and immediately put it on the pillow insert. It is beautiful and looks stunning!

Your order will be shipped to your Etsy address. If you wish to have your order delivered elsewhere please get in touch.
I cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. Proof of postage will always be obtained.
Shipping within the UK:
Postage costs are calculated on the basis of Royal Mail standard services.
Items exceeding £20 in value are going to be sent by RM Signed For.
Items not exceeding £20 in value are going to be sent by Royal Mail Airmail (non-trackable service).
Items with a value between £20 and £50 are going to be sent by RM Airsure (trackable service, depending on destination).
Items exceeding £50 in value will need additional compensation cover.
I will send a notification email once your parcel has shipped, along with a tracking number (for trackable services).
If you would like to upgrade or downgrade any of the offered services please get in touch.
You may be charged additional customs charge and/or local taxes, if and when applicable. Please check your local policies/regulations on international packages.

I cannot be held responsible for items that get lost during the shipping. I´m sorry about this - it is a risk we have to share in online business.
If you would like to upgrade to a trackable service please convo me - in most cases it exists but expect to pay extra - Royal Mail charges dearly for these.
