Returns and exchanges
I will only accept a return for specific reasons. Therefore all returns are subject to approval of reason for return.

If the post office has damaged it, then that's what postal insurance is for and I will not be responsible for their handling of your package. I suggest you get insurance if you feel you need it.


You MUST EMAIL ME WITHIN 24 HOURS to let me know of the reason for a return. It must be returned within three days of receipt of item. It must be unused, unworn, and unwashed. We will be happy to give you a STORE CREDIT ONLY. We do not refund shipping costs and all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note I am one person who sews all these items one at a time and I am not a machine manufacturer of items. So all items will have hand sewn stitching from a home sewing machine, not a commercial one at some large mass manufacturing plant. So please expect handmade items from me to have slight very small artistic imperfections. Remember, I'm not a sweat shop, nor am I a machine who makes everything perfect every time. I am only human and my items are handmade by me.

SHIPPPING - I ship out your purchase within 1-3 days of payment received via USPS using first class or priority for fast deliveries. Most of the time, I ship Priority Flat Rate. If something is very small, then I'll send it First Class to save you money on shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - I do ship internationally, but please know that I have no control over your country's customs process. US Postal service can only track an item as long as it's in their possession. Once it leaves them and is turned over to your country's postal system, we have no control over it. Also please have patience. International shipping takes a while sometimes up to three weeks.
International smaller items will be sent Priority and larger Items will be sent First Class because the cost is very high for priority international.

COMBINED SHIPPING - I will combine shipping but you need to contact me prior to purchase, or I will refund the difference in your paypal payment.
