She's great with responding to questions and kept her word and didn't charge me for availablity downloads. I had purchased this pattern already but kept accidentally erasing it and kept on asking her to send and resend the pattern so I asked if there was a way of having my purchased pattern available to me whenever I needed it and she said repurchasing it I'll approve the payment and it will be yours and like I said she kept her word very satisfied with this seller!
