NEGATIVE FEEDBACK: Please do not leave a negative feedback, please contact me and I will work with you to satisfy your problems to the best of my ability! My goal here is to make sure all my customers walk away happy with their items and to help them immortalize their happy memories! I'm sorry but I do not control customs and delays happen, that is not my fault and I do my best to contact them for you to work things out as much as I can. IF YOU NEGLECTED TO READ A LISTING please try to understand this is my work and I will deliver everything in your listing and sometimes more! However, if you failed to read it properly and bought a custom item, then were unsatisfied for any reason when you received it, because you misunderstood, I cannot do much for you... it is your responsibility to read the listing before purchase and ask ANY questions! I would be delighted to help you! But I am also not a, Walmart and cannot accept returns after I worked for 8+ hours on your item. I am a professional artist and am happy to deliver the best quality in items and treat every art work as if I were keeping it for myself! I am my worst critic and work tremendously hard on details for each item, this is my work and my life so please try to understand and be respectful.

DAMAGED KEEPSAKES: IF by any chance a keepsake breaks UPON SHIPMENT please try and mend it with superglue by LIGHTLY applying it to both pieces and then attaching with pressure for 30-40 seconds (some glues may require longer - E6000 recommended.) If you are not able to mend it you can contact me with pictures of the broken piece and I will remake your order (only applying if your order arrived broken at time of delivery)

*Please see that these dates are RECOMMENDATIONS only, based on my experience of shipping during the holiday season. For shipping outside of Canada there can be extensive customs delays that I have no control over. These delays do not happen often, but they can happen. Please order early to avoid disappointment!

Returns and exchanges
RETURNS- Due to the nature of ALL custom items, I cannot accept returns. All sales are final, UNLESS there is an extreme lack in quality of the order. I work my hardest for perfection as the only worker in this shop and will be sure to tend to your custom needs, some custom needs will cost more however. I trust ALL buyers read the listings FULLY and ask any questions before purchase! Once an item is started you cannot cancel it without paying for that work. ALL WAIT LISTS need to be checked on before purchase! Shop announcements has updated time lines. Thank you so much for understanding!

CLAY PRODUCT - If any ornaments arrive broken upon delivery and you can provide me with pictures of said broken ornament I will then send you a new ornament.

Cancellations will be considered on a case by case basis, depending on loss of potential work, time, and materials used or purchased. Please be prepared for a partial refund and/or rescheduling fee.

For an exchange or reimbursement, quality photos showing details of all the damaged items must be submitted. Also, photos of the outside of the box should be included. I will gladly offer a full refund excluding shipping costs or exchange it, promptly, free of charge and with as little hassle as possible.

Please do not use Feedback as a means to contact me or to resolve an issue. Any circumstance that needs addressing will be readily resolved by simply contacting me. You can do so through the link, titled "contact", on the left margin of our shop home page. Thank you!

I don't assume responsibility for international parcels without upgraded shipping once they have arrived safely at Canada Post. This applies to international customs delays and untimely deliveries.

I accept PayPal payment in Canadian Dollars.

You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:

You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. On the right hand side of the next page you will see 2 options, the 2nd one is to pay using a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped. If you are having any issues with PayPal, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will assist you in any way that I can.


If you would like to do a money order please contact me to discuss details but I would rather PayPal for both your's and my protection.
Shipping
CUSTOM ORDERS - You have a chance of having your items lost in the mail! This is not my fault, this is not your fault (unless you wrote in a wrong address) I will send another set once you inform me. HOWEVER I DO NOT give refunds for items lost! I loose money on refunds and it takes more of a toll on my store, I will send another set. Unless your order is 100% custom printed then on a case by case basis I may give a refund.

- Shipping within Canada normally takes 2-3 working days.
- Packages shipped to the rest of the world takes approximately 2-3 weeks, although customs can occasionally delay packages further. SHIPPING UPGRADES OFFERED!

HilliaryCustomLiving, creations are for decorative use, some items may have small objects that are not suitable for children as will not stand up to vigorous play and include small parts that could easily be swallowed.

HilliaryCustomLiving reserves the right to refuse a sale to anyone with a history of abusive feedback and/or malicious behaviour towards other Etsy members.

Special orders will always take longer due to the nature of the order. If you need your item sooner you must email or convo me through Etsy with your request.
