Because items are handmade and/or include vintage materials, they may contain imperfections. I will do my best to represent this in the photos. If, however, you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason other than said accurately represented flaws, please contact me and I will replace the item or issue a refund, less shipping and fees. Refunds/exchanges will only be given within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in original condition. No returns on used items. Return and/or exchange shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. No returns on custom or multiple orders.

Payment must be made via Paypal at the time of your purchase. Any purchases that do not receive payment within 2 business days (48 hours from time of purchase) will be deemed canceled and items re-listed for sale.

All orders are shipped via USPS to the ETSY address on file. If you require a different ship-to address, please contact me at time of purchase with specific instructions.

Currently only domestic shipping is guaranteed. If you require international shipping, please contact me to discuss. I will ship internationally if possible, but shipping costs and delivery options will be determined by the info you provide.

Items will ship domestically within 5 business days after payment confirmation. Domestic shipping takes approximately 8 to 12 days from payment confirmation. Expedited shipping available on request for costs. Seller not responsible for damage to items en-route, but will pack items for safe arrival within reasonable limits. Tracking is included in shipping costs. Insurance is additional, paid for by buyer, and must be requested.

If an item is damaged beyond use en-route, please contact me to discuss possible repair/exchange/refund options as I do want to make sure all my customers are happy customer. : )

Custom order availability is on an item-by-item basis. Timeframe of item completion to be determined at time of custom order.
