Cute product but seller created a shipping label and never sent the item out. I ordered it for a birthday gift with plenty of time but I had to email and ask for a refund because it never got sent out. After I emailed it was shipped it out the next day instead of being refunded. I told her that I have no use for it because I had to buy another gift since it took too long to ship. I was told to refuse the shipment but I said that I would be out of town and unable to refuse the package. I again asked for a refund and a return shipping label so I can return the items. I never heard from the seller again. Unfortunately, I had to open a case with Etsy to get my refund. I again asked for a return label to send the item back and still never got a response.

My dragon wall is turning out great! My order did get lost in the mail (to no fault of the seller) and thankfully turned back up. The seller was great about offering a replacement if need be.

This is my 2nd purchase of butterflies... They are so beautiful, I wish I could do the whole room with them!!
