I've been selling on Etsy since 2005 as www.sarahminshall.etsy.com. In 2011, I permanently made the switch here! Please check my old shop to see my 100% feedback, as well as what else I've made.

hiptopiecesquares' Shop Policies


::Hip To Piece Squares is me, Sarah Minshall--a quilter, crafter, sewer, knitter, and putter-together-er. I make all of my goods from my own designs and without patterns. I'm more inspired to make when I work on a whim.::


::I accept PayPal (both through bank transfers and credit cards) as well as money orders. I will consider payment by check on a case by case basis, but please convo me prior to sale if you want to pay by check. I will also need to wait until the check clears by my bank before I am able to ship your package.

Payment is due no later than 3 days after the sale. If I have not received a payment at that point, I will attempt to make contact with you, and cancel your sale.::


::I ship all of my products via United States Postal Service. I make trips to the post office a few times during the week, so your packages are usually off to you within a day or two of your payment. If there's ever a time when I am unable to ship within 5 days, I will contact you as soon as it is possible.

I ship packages via first class mail to keep shipping costs low, so if you'd like an upgrade to Priority Mail, delivery confirmation or insurance added, please send me a convo so that I can adjust your invoice.::

Refunds and Exchanges

::I want you to be happy with your purchase from me! I strive my hardest to take quality photos and write accurate product descriptions so that you will know exactly what you are getting. If you have questions about the item, please convo me prior to purchase and I will do my best to clarify.
**Because of this, I DO NOT accept returns. If an error occurs because it was my fault (wrong item shipped, or product damaged) I will pay for return shipping and fix the error.
**If you do not choose to add on insurance for mail, I CANNOT be responsible for lost packages. I keep post office receipts, so I can verify that I sent packages.::

Additional Policies and FAQs

::I am willing to work on custom orders from time to time--please contact me to see if I can fit your work into my schedule. I typically only do custom orders of items that I have previously made, however (for example, specific colors and sizes).
