Paypal is my preferred method of payment. In addition I also accept credit cards via Propay and money orders. Payment is due immediately unless you contact me to make alternate arrangements.

All US orders are sent by USPS first class mail or priority mail, depending on the size of the order. Delivery confirmation and insurance are available at an additional fee. Whenever possible (i.e. unless I'm out of town, as noted on the front page) orders will be shipped within three business days of receipt of payment.

International orders are sent by air mail and may take up to a week to ship (although I try to get to them out sooner). I always ship with appropriate customs forms listing the actual purchase price of the item as its value.

PLEASE NOTE: All duties, taxes, and fees levied at time of import are the responsibility of the buyer. Please be aware of your country's import policies and restrictions before placing an order.

Shipping charges reflect postage plus a small fee to cover packaging materials and other direct costs. In the event that the postage charged by ETSY exceeds actual postage substantially, I will refund the excess at my discretion.

In order to cut down on paper waste I do not include packing slips or receipts unless requested.
