Shop policies
Almost everything I sell is one of a kind and much of it is vintage. Please look carefully at the photos. I try to match colors and note conditions as best I can, but understand that monitors vary and most of these items are used and that I may have missed a small flaw.
If you encounter a problem, please contact me and I'll do my best to work it out for you! I pride myself on 5 star customer service.
Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
I handle each situation on a case-by-case basis but my general guiding principles are that if your package is not delivered, arrives damaged, or is not as represented I will refund 100% of your purchase price plus shipping. I may ask that you return the package to me at my expense.
If you simply changed your mind and no longer want the item, I will refund 100% of your purchase price minus shipping charges upon receipt of the returned item.
If you simply no longer want the merchandise
Payment
Immediate payment is always preferred. If there is a delay beyond 24 hours, please contact me to let me know. Any order unpaid after 3 days may be canceled at my discretion.
5% sales tax added to all orders for delivery to Virginia addresses.
Shipping
My shipping rates are based on actual postage rates plus a small fee for shipping materials. If the postage cost is substantially less than what ETSY charges, I will refund the excess at my discretion.
Domestic orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. International orders may take up to a week to ship depending on my shipping schedule (although I always try to get them out sooner than that).
