Please read the description of each item very carefully and ask all questions prior to submitting your order as I don't generally accept returns. However, if there is a problem, please contact me before leaving feedback so we can work it out. PLEASE be sure that you read and understand measurements before buying, or ask if there is something that is unclear.
Payment
Paypal only (you don't need a Paypal account to use Paypal, just a bank account or credit card). unless we've made previous arrangements.
Orders should be paid on the same day of purchase, if there's a problem, just contact me. If you haven't paid within 3 days and there has been no communication , I will report the transaction , relist the item and leave the appropriate feedback.
Promptness and courtesy is appreciated. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any sale at my discretion.
Shipping
Second class to UK, air mail to USA. If you need anywhere else (or want an upgrade), please convo and I'll add it to the item asap. I bubble wrap/protectively wrap my items so there shouldn't be any issue with damage. I get proof of postage but not usually sign for (please convo if you would like this added). To keep it cheaper i also don't get insurance, please convo if you would like this, I can easily add it. After sending any other charges incurred are down to you. I will ship your item asap. In certain situations, I will have to adjust shipping.
