Hi there...thanks for stopping by for a visit! I've been in the jewelry business since 1993 as a retailer and wholesaler and artist, and my passion is scouring my suppliers for the best material and supply prices I can find. My workshop students (I teach occasionally) are always asking to buy materials and supplies, and I decided that it's high time to open up a shop and share my resources with you - the etsy world is such a diverse and wonderful place! My goal is to sell quality supplies at the best prices possible...compare my prices and see for yourself!

I accept payment via Etsy checkout, Paypal or credit card - payment must be received within 48 hours of sale or the sale will be canceled. 6% sales tax is charged for orders shipped to the state of Michigan - if you have a MI sales tax ID #, contact me and I'll have you fill out an exemption form.

If you'd rather not use Paypal, we can also run your card through our merchant account. Call 231-753-6133 for details.

CUSTOM ORDERS : Custom orders are expected to be purchased in a timely matter - many are quoted based on current metal prices and/or are added onto current supplier orders. If not purchased within three days, we will cancel the order and add the inventory back into the shop, if applicable. Custom orders ARE NOT returnable/refundable.
Items are shipped within 1-3 days (I always try to ship in one day whenever possible) via USPS first class mail - most US orders are received within one week. Shipping includes delivery confirmation and insurance. I'm happy to ship via FedEx/UPS/Priority mail - just convo me for pricing.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING : Please note that international shipments can take a LONG time to arrive! Most arrive within ten days - three weeks, but can take as long as two months (or longer during the holidays). Please allow for these delays when ordering internationally!

PLEASE NOTE : Customs and duty fees for international shipments may be assessed and are the responsibility of the customer. We write the exact value on our shipments, so please DO NOT ask us to lower the value.

RETURNED PACKAGES : If a package is returned to me because of an address that was incorrectly entered or not recognized by the USPS, we will contact the purchaser to see if reshipping or a refund is desired. The shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser - the purchaser will have to pay additional charges to reship, or if a refund is desired, the original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund. Please note that if the purchaser hasn't contacted us within 30 days after our original contact through the etsy convo system, the order will be refunded minus the original shipping charge plus a 15% restocking fee and the purchased goods will be placed back into my inventory.

LOST PACKAGES POLICY : I insure all packages and will refund you if your package doesn't arrive; HOWEVER, there are some stipulations : 1) you may have to fill out/sign a simple form stating that your package did not arrive 2) for domestic shipments, insurance can't be claimed until 21 days after the shipping date; for international shipments, insurance can't be claimed until 45 days after the shipping date and 3) all claims must be filed within 90 days, which means that you have to notify me within 85 days of the shipping date so I have time to file the claim. Once the claim is filed and I'm reimbursed from the insurance company, I will issue your refund within two to three days.
Refunds and Exchanges
RETURNS or EXCHANGES must be shipped/postmarked within one week of the date of your receipt for a refund (original shipping charges and restocking fee will be deducted) or exchange (shipping will be charged on exchanges). Returned items must be in unused condition in their original unopened package. You must send a convo to let me know that the return is coming or it may be refused. I accept returns for any reason within that time frame...HOWEVER, as of 4/1/15, returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee. **PLEASE NOTE that as returns are very time consuming, I do them in batches to save time - they will take 2-4 weeks to process.

Customer is responsible for original and return postage and postage on exchanges. Please track and insure your returns - I am not responsible for lost returns!

**Please note that any special order items (quantity discounted chains, for example) are NOT returnable!

I pride myself on shipping quality items with good packaging, but if you have an item that is missing, faulty or damaged, please convo me immediately or call (231) 753-6133 - often, these issues can be taken care of over the phone or by convo.

CHAINS POLICY : I purchase my chains from quality suppliers and manufacturers - all chains and findings are sterling silver or gold-filled unless stated otherwise. I guarantee all my chains and cords against breakage for 30 days from my ship date EXCEPT 1.0mm and 1.2mm ball chains. The 1.0mm and 1.2mm are guaranteed to arrive to you in perfect condition but that is my only guarantee with these chains - see usage notes below. Also, please note that it is my policy to refund for broken chains and that I do not send replacements.

CHAIN USAGE NOTES : The 1.0mm (and 1.2mm) ball chain is a delicate chain and is meant to use with SMALL, light pendants, or no pendants. Because it's so delicate, expect to have some breakage with this chain, especially if you're using it with larger pendants. And if you're selling items for children, this is definitely NOT a chain to use. For less breakage, use our 1.2mm ball chain, or for very little, if any breakage, use our 1.5mm ball chain or our very economical cable chain. Another great option (especially for kids) is our sturdy greek leather cord finished with a sterling lobster clasp, listed under our leather section.
