    About Products:
    Each card, featuring original illustrations, hand lettering and design is handcrafted and shipped from our home studio in Rye, NY. Sending an artisan card makes a unique statement and shows your true appreciation for everyone who receives them.

    My Paper:
    I am crazy for beautiful paper! All note cards and stationery sets are printed in my studio on premium 80lb textured card stock sourced right here in New York from Mohawk Paper Mills. All papers are environmentally friendly.

    Welcome to H.macdo Paper Co. on Etsy and thank you for stopping by! I am an illustration artist and graphic designer. Each card is lovingly handcrafted by me at my tiny home studio in Rye, NY.

    Providing a quality product and customer service is important to me. Please read through the frequently asked questions below and contact me with any additional questions. Thank you!

    The following items can't be returned or exchanged
    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
    • Custom or personalized orders
    • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
    • Digital downloads
    • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

    Returns and exchange details
    In order to receive a full refund on your qualifying item: All items must be returned in the original packaging and shipped to:

    Once I receive the returned item and determine that all pieces are present and in good condition, I will issue the full refund.

    What if I need to cancel my personalized order?
    If you purchase a custom order that requires a digital proof to be approved by you before going to print (personalized thank you notes, invitations, save-the-dates, all custom orders) and you decide that you want to cancel your order AFTER the digital proof and a unique custom design has been presented to you, upon request I will refund the cost of your shipping.

    Once you have approved your digital proof for custom/personalized orders and your custom order goes into production, no refunds will be issued.

    No refunds on personalized, customize size or custom quantity orders once shipped and delivered.

    Lost/ Delayed packages: I purchase USPS tracking with each of my packages which allows tracking from Rye, NY to your destination (within the US). I send you the tracking number with shipping notification. If it has been CONFIRMED that your package is lost through proper mailing authority, upon request I will resend your order within 30 days, since the item may need to be made over.
    Payment
    I accept credit card payments through Etsy using Etsy Direct Checkout and Paypal.

    How does the order process work?

    When applicable, each listing has specific instructions on how to order personalized and custom cards under the "item details" tab. Please read the item details carefully before placing your order. Once I have received your order and custom requests, I will contact you to confirm and begin working on your set.

    How long does it take to receive personalized orders?

    Personalized note card orders typically ship 1-2 weeks from the order date. This depends upon the complexity of your personalized requests and the quantity of your order. Once your order has been placed, I will contact you to confirm and give you an approximate shipping date. You can also contact me before placing your order to get a better idea of my current processing time.

    Please note, I run all aspects of this small business. You're more than welcome to contact me via Etsy convo any time and I do my best to get back to you as soon as possible. For the quickest response, my studio business hours are Mon-Fri 8am-6pm US Eastern Standard Time.

    Where do I submit my wording?

    Will I see a proof?

    Yes! For cards personalized with individual names, a digital proof will be presented to you via Etsy convo for approval in 2 business days of purchase. This important step allows the opportunity for both parties to double check personalized names for errors on-line before I print your entire set. I am willing to work with you to make necessary adjustments to the digital proof at no additional cost, until you are completely satisfied. Each round of revisions on the proof may take an additional 1-2 business days. VERY IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT PROOFS: You MUST approve your proofs. I will not proceed with your order until you have approved your proof for print and production. Once you have approved your proof for print, I can no longer make changes or be held responsible for errors in the print. Please take the time to review your digital proofs carefully before giving me the final thumbs up to print and produce. Once you have responded with your "OK" on the proof, I will send you an estimated shipping date.

    What kind of paper do you print on?

    I am crazy for beautiful paper! All note cards and stationery sets are printed in my studio on premium 80lb Mohawk felted paper in natural white. All papers are environmentally friendly.

    Q:
    Do you ship International?

    Yes! I love international customers and happy to ship globally. Please note, hmacdo paper studio is not responsible for customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you.
    Shipping
    Your card sets will come to you carefully packaged with a shipping note

    Standard shipping costs for each item in my shop include, USPS shipping, packaging materials and tracking number for domestic US packages. If you prefer to have your purchase shipped another way, please notify me for appropriate shipping charges. I offer Express Over-night shipping at an additional cost.

    For International Shipping, I ship USPS International First-class. Please allow 6-10 business days for international shipping. Please be sure to check with your countries customs policies for receiving international packages. I can not be held responsible for any additional custom fees once your package has been shipped from the US. There is no way for us to know IF the duties will be charged or how much they will be when the item arrives.
