Custom and personalized orders
Not all journals are available for customization. Please see the "Custom Journals" section for journals to personalize. Custom orders take a bit longer to design and process and usually ship within 5-7 business days. Please don't hesitate to reach out with questions about customization.
We make every journal by hand in Wisconsin and ship direct to you. From the design, to the printing, to the cutting, to the binding... Yes, we do every step from start to finish. We don't use a print-on-demand service or outsource anything so there's no middle man. We make it and ship it to you. It is that simple. That's what makes our journals so good!
Refund and exchange policy
Having issues? We sincerely appreciate your business and strive to satisfy your expectations for a great quality product and customer experience. Please don't hesitate to get in touch! We appreciate you!
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there are any issues with the quality of your journal, or if you haven’t received it within two weeks of the shipment date, please contact us. If your package was lost or stolen in transit by the USPS, please contact them directly to report it and/or file an insurance claim.
Shipping and Handling
+We ship via USPS mail. Items are made to order and ship from our location in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, usually in 1-5 business days for non-custom and 5-7 business days for custom items.
+Free shipping offers are for USPS Ground Advantage. You can choose the option to pay to upgrade to USPS Priority Mail service at checkout.
+We only ship to the address you provide to Etsy at checkout. We can not change the shipping address after ordering. Shipping method can not be changed after ordering.
+Once your order leaves our hands, the USPS is responsible for delivery. Please refer to your USPS tracking number for in-transit updates. Contact the USPS directly with any questions about your package's delivery.
Discounts and Coupon Codes
All coupon codes, discounts, and sales are only effective for the current time period that they are being offered. We do not retroactively discount or refund any portion of items purchased.

Invoices/Receipts
In order to cut down on paper waste, we no longer include a printed invoice in our order packages. (We still include gift receipts with messages if applicable.) You can access your invoice anytime in your Etsy dashboard in purchases.
