Returns and exchange details
If you are unhappy with your order, please let me know and I'll do my best to make things right. You can return any item for any reason. If you are not satisfied with your jewelry, you will be fully refunded, excluding shipping costs, provided it has not been worn or damaged and is returned in the original packaging. Please contact me within 2 -3 days after arrival. Returning shipping costs are paid by the buyer.

I accept PayPal and credit cards (through PayPal).
If you don't have a PayPal account you can still pay with your credit card. Simply click on the "Pay with PayPal" button after you checkout and choose the "use your credit card" option on the left side of the PayPal screen. I will never see your card information, and you don't have to worry about not having a PayPal account!

You will be responsible for any taxes and fees your state/country imposes on you regarding your purchase.
Shipping
After your payment is received, the item will be shipped to you from Bosnia and Herzegovina (Europe) The item will be delivered to the address you have stated on Etsy. Shipping fee is stated at the bottom of each listing.

You will be notified via email as soon as your order has been shipped.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Approximate delivery time will vary according to your location. Please allow 7-14 business days for European destinations and 15-20 business days for other destinations.
