All of the items in the hold on to your hats shop are handmade in a smoke-free home. Patterns are cut by hand and sewn with love to support the growing imaginations of your kiddos!

Returns and exchanges
If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order please send me a message and we will discuss the possibility of return. If a return is made, only the cost of the item will be returned, shipping costs both ways will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Please note that there are no returns on custom orders, as these were made especially for you!
I do my very best to package your purchase with care but I cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or damaged due to shipping. Insurance is always available to purchase!

Payment
We accept all major credit cards as well as Etsy gift cards. Please pay for your purchase within 24 hours of ordering. If you cannot pay within 24 hours please message me and we can work something out!
Shipping
Domestic orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail unless Priority or Express is requested. International orders are shipped USPS First Class unless Priority or Express is requested.
Alternate shipping, or the purchase of insurance, must be requested BEFORE placing your order so I can adjust the price. Please contact me with ANY of your shipping questions!
