What are your processing times?
Orders will be filled and ready to ship 1-3 business days after we have received payment. We will send you a confirmation email when we have received your order and payment. You will also receive an email with a tracking number when your order has been shipped. Custom orders will have extended processing times depending on the type of product.
Do you offer insurance on packages?
The USPS automatically includes $100 of insurance with domestic Priority Mail packages.
Do you accept returns?
At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please message us and we will do everything possible to make things right.
What is your policy if items are lost or damaged in the mail?
If a small order (containing greeting cards or art prints) is somehow lost or damaged in the mail, we will replace the item(s) for no additional cost. Large or custom orders (wedding invitations or custom Christmas cards) are given package insurance and will be dealt with individually.
What mail providers do you use?
We ship all orders through the US postal service. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

• USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days domestic) - An expedited delivery service for a wide range of package types.
• USPS Priority Mail Express (1-2 days domestic)- The fastest option offered by USPS for a wide range of package types.
• USPS First class Package Services (2-5 days domestic)- An inexpensive way to send light small packages and envelopes.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
