Announcement   Welcome to the shop of E.F. Stone. We are glad you stopped by for a look.
We have new stock coming in on a constant basis. Our prices are reasonable and we ship your order out quickly and efficiently. We do refund over payments on shipping costs if the difference is $3.50 or more on some items such as clothing, shoes, handbags, etc.. On breakables, glassware, electronics, gaming systems or other items that can be damaged when shipped will have an extra high quality bubble wrap and we do not do refunds for shipping on these types of items. There may be times when we do under calculate the shipping costs. In rare situations when that issue may occur we will send you a convo to request additional shipping charges.
Merchandise cannot be shipped from our shop until your item or items are paid in full.
In the past we have had several customers requesting a hold on a certain item in our shop which was done upon their request with no deposit. Over the past several months we have had issues in which the customer did not purchase the item after several weeks, therefore we have decided we are no longer going to hold or reserve any item in our shop.
We make every effort to present our customers with quality items. If we note a defect or flaw it is stated in the description and sold "as is". If we unintentionally miss the error please convo us and we will work with you to resolve the issue fairly and as quickly as possible. We encourage you to communicate with us and welcome your comments.

Ellie's learning experience.

Our shop was started on an idea that went further than we had ever imagined. Through hard work, a lot of brain storming and many late nights we wanted to create something different that would peak the interest of customers that they would enjoy. Variety is only one aspect we have strived to achieve. Our main goal is to offer spectacular customer service to every one and quick fast shipping with great care in packaging your purchase. I am considered an "old school" personality because I love to write personal notes to thank our customers for their purchase. When we get feedback from our buyers it really means a lot to us. We love it when people take time out of their busy day to share their experience on the item they receive. Thanks to every one that visits, shares and makes a purchase through on shop.

Welcome to our shop! Thank you for taking the time to browse or adding an item to your favorites or purchasing something you like.
If you have any questions about an item send us a convo and we will answer as soon as possible.

Payment
All items purchased must be paid through Paypal or Etsy Direct Check out before any items will be shipped. The prices listed for shipping costs are based on the furthest location from us. We will send you a convo if the shipping to your location has changed (+ or - ).
Shipping
We make every effort to send your package out as quickly as possible. We ship by USPS mail.
Please note that shipping prices are based from the furthest point from our location in the US. Refunds for over payments on shipping will be gladly returned if the difference is $3.50 or more, however breakable items, electronics or other items that require extra packaging will not have a reduced shipping cost.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please convo your complaint. We will make every effort to resolve any issues you may have concerning your purchase. We do not give refunds on merchandise and a store credit will be issued providing that we approve the return within a 30 day period from the date of your purchase. Store credits have an expiration date of 12 months (1 year) from the date of your purchase.
If the description in the item is stated "sold as is" the sale is final with no store credit issued.
We inspect our items carefully for any flaws or defects and we do state the condition of the item. Sometimes we do make an unintentional error or oversight and we will work with you on an adjustment. The best way of handling a problem or issue is through communication. Please convo us on Etsy and we will promptly answer your message.
