A satisfied customer is much more important to us than just making a sale.

We will gladly replace and ship any decal damaged in transit.

We will gladly refund any unused and undamaged decals returned to us within 90 days of purchase, minus all shipping cost and a 15% restock fee.

We will gladly refund or replace any decal that fails to adhere to any clean dry smooth surface (glass, metal, plastic, smooth walls, etc.) within the first year after purchase.

IMPORTANT: Always contact us first before attempting to return any items. Failure to do so will void our return policy and no refund will be issued.

This return policy only applies to custom orders to the extent that there is a failure in the product integrity or we failed to provide the decal configuration as ordered. Otherwise, unless agreed upon prior to purchase, there is no refund of custom orders.

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Etsy Gift Cards.

I will ship your order to the address listed in your Etsy account, if you need your order shipped to another address let me know in the "Message to Seller" section during check-out.

Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment has cleared.

US Domestic Shipping

Packages are shipped using USPS First Class or Priority mail, depending upon the package weight.

Orders shipped US First Class mail take 3 to 5 business days to arrive. Orders shipped US Priority mail take 2 to 3 business days

International Shipping

Intentional orders are shipped USPS First Class International Parcel.

International orders can take up to 30 or more days to arrive, but the average time is around 2 weeks.

Please note: we are not responsible for any delay in orders due to the package being held in customs, or, any additional import or customs cost. The customer is responsible to be aware of custom import restrictions of the destination country before ordering. The custom import description of all packages is labeled as "Vinyl Wall Sticker" and the actual purchase price provided as the value of the item.

Lost in the Mail

If your package is lost in the mail, I will reship your full order free of charge. However, a package is not considered lost for 30 business days from the date it is shipped for US orders and 45 business days for International orders.

If you report an item with delivery confirmation missing and the tracking confirms it was received no replacement will be sent.

► Can I get a reverse or mirror image of my decal?

No problem just let us know in the “Notes to AbbysVinylWallArt” box in your shopping cart that you want a “mirror image” of the decal shown.

► Do you do custom orders?

You bet! We love to do custom designs and lettering. If there is some quote or design that you would like, please contact us for more information.

► Can I get color samples or color swatches?

Yes. We have “Vinyl Color Samples or Color Swatches” listed in the shop for just $1.00 – the cost of shipping them. Or you can send us a convo with a mail address and a list of colors you are interested in and we will be happy to send you sample color swatches for free along with a small trial vinyl decal.

► Can I get a sample vinyl decal to try out before I buy one?

New to vinyl decals or not sure if they will apply well to a particular wall or surface?

No problem. We offer a “Practice Vinyl Decal” and Free application squeegee for just the $1.00 it cost to ship.


► How easy is it to put up my vinyl decal?

New to vinyl? Never done this before. Don’t worry, we are here to help every step of the way.

If you have never done a vinyl decal before may we suggest that you request one of our sample “Try Before You Buy” decals. The small ones are free, larger ones we just ask that you pay for shipping.

Vinyl decals are fun and easy to put up. That was one of the reasons we chose to start providing these items on line. A small to medium size decal you can put up yourself in just a minute or two. With larger decals invite a friend to help out, as an extra pair of hands to keep things steady and lined up.

We always include a small free “Practice” decal with each order.

► How hard is it to remove my vinyl decal?

Vinyl decals are removable but may not be repositioned or reused once applied. Please be aware that different paint finishes or wall conditions could result in minor damage to your paint or surface if the vinyl decal is not removed slowly and carefully.
When removing a vinyl decal work up a top corner or point of the decal and then slowly peel it away from the wall downward.

If the decal does not pull away from the wall easily try one or more of the following techniques:

1. Use a hair dryer to heat the decal until it becomes more pliable and will pull away from the way easily.

2. Use a small sponge and hot soapy water. Soak the decal first, and then apply the hot soapy water to the seam of the decal as you slowly pull it away from the wall.

3. Rubbing alcohol may also be applied to the seam of the decal as you remove it from the wall, but his may result in a slight discoloration to the paint as well.

► Do you offer bulk or multiple item discounts?

Yes, we offer the following discounts:

Multi-Item Discount – For every 10 or more of the same item (size AND color) that you purchase, we will give you 1 for free.

Dollar Volume Discount - Single orders of $250.00 or more will receive a 7% discount from the final total order cost. Orders of $500.00 or more receive a 15% discount. We will also offer greater discounts on orders over $500.00.

► Do you sell wholesale?

No, not at this time.
