Thank you for visiting my little shop! All items are handmade by me in my smoke-free and dog-friendly home. Since I have little ones to chase all day and spare time can be hard to find, all items are listed as they are made. Unfortunately, I'm not able to take custom orders now but hope to in the future as my kids get older.

I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
I make every item by hand and strive for perfect products. However, if you're not pleased I will accept returns if you contact me within 5 days of receiving your order. Custom orders and patterns are non-refundable. Returns are only accepted if items show no signs of use or damage. After the return is received you'll be refunded in the same way that you paid, or with in-store credit (minus shipping).
Payment
All payments are expected at the time of purchase.

**Residents of Pennsylvania will be charged a sales tax of 6%**
Shipping
All items (except wholesale listings) are in stock and will be shipped within 4 business days of payment. Shipping is via US First Class or Priority Mail unless otherwise noted or requested. Please let me know before payment if you would like insurance or tracking and I'll send you an updated invoice. Shipping deadlines for big holidays will always be posted in my shop announcement.

I will ship pretty much anywhere in the world. Unless otherwise requested, international orders are shipped the cheapest route. If shipping is cheaper than estimated, I will happily refund the difference!
Additional policies and FAQs
Most of my sewing has to wait until evening after a full day of schooling and playing with kids so it's difficult to do custom orders. I hope that as my kids get older, and I get more sleep, I can resume accepting custom orders!
