Returns and exchanges
I want you to be 100% satisfied with your items, If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item, please let me know, you can convo me, and I can give you more information. Earrings can not be returned for hygene reasons.

Please CONTACT ME WITHIN 3 DAYS of receipt of the item for a return authorization. PLEASE, DO NOT return the item without contacting me first. If the return is made without contacting me, the refund will be void.

The item must be returned within fifteen days of the date you received it. All items must be returned in their original packaging. They must also be returned in original, resaleable, and undamaged condition. If they aren't, I reserve the right to cancel the refund.

Please also note that I will not be able to refund you for your shipping fees. I suggest you send the item back with delivery confirmation and insurance. If I don't receive the item or if it arrives damaged I regret that I won't be able to issue a full refund.

The refund will be issued after the item is received and inspected. The refund will be made in the same form the payment for the item was made within two business day after receiving the returned item.
Payments can be made through paypal with your paypal account or credit card! I require payments to be made within 3 days of purchase. If you don't send payment within that time I reserve the right to cancel the sale and relist the item.
All jewellery is carefully packed, it is sent in it's own gift box with cotton padding and in a regular or bubble envelop for protection. I do not make money on shipping, and I do my best to keep the shipping costs low (although Canadian shipping is very costly). Most items are shipped out within 1 to 3 business days of receiving payment (unless otherwise noted).

I get a tracking code for every shipment and I will send that to you. I am not responsible for lost packages or items that arrive damaged due to shipping. However if this does happen please contact me as soon as possible.

***Canadian Shipping***

I ship Regular Parcel in Canada, or whichever method is fastest and cheapest, this however does not inculude insurance, but does have delivery confirmation/tracking code.

If you would like to pay for additional insurance please let me know before you place the order so I can create a special listing for you. Please email me (hollys.art@gmail.com) or convo me if you would like these options.

***USA Shipping***

I will chose a shipping option that is the most economical with the fastest shipping at the best rate I can get. If I ship to the USA by Canada Post Flat Rate Parcel, it is 6 to 12 working days, but this is not gauranteed. Or you can opt for Air mail which is 4 to 10 days but is also not gauranteed. Please email or convo me if you want this option before your order. Both methods are insured up to $100.00. I will create a special listing just for you.

***International Shipping***

As a default I offer Small Packet Shipping as the default, as it includes insurance. It is 4 to 6 weeks for delivery, not gauranteed, but you can upgrade (by email or convo before you order) to Air shipping which is 6 to 10 business days for delivery, but not guaranteed. However I will always pick the most economical option with the fastest shipping at the best rate.

Duties, taxes and customs fee's incured at the border of the buyers country are the responsibility of the buyer and cannot be covered by me.
Additional policies and FAQs
Special/Custom orders-require a 25% deposit fee, and is non-refundable.
