Returns and exchanges
Returns are accepted for refund (less shipping fees), provided the request is received within 15 business days and the item is in the same condition as when it was sent, including all tags and/or labels. Exchanges can be made within 15 business days, provided item is in the same condition as when it was sent, including all tags and/or labels. Additional shipping charges will apply.
To ensure smooth handling of your return request, you must contact us via email at returns [!at] hollywest.com to receive a Return Authorization Number and mailing instructions.
Unless otherwised specified in an item description or in the annoucement section and/or shop profile, all of the jewelry in my Etsy store is ready-made and all U.S. orders placed and paid for by midnight (PST) will ship by USPS First Class Mail the next business day.
(This excludes instances where buyers request modifications to items, such as shortening of necklace chains).
Please note that if you paid by eCheck on PayPal, your order will not ship until the eCheck clears.
International orders are welcome and will generally ship within 2 business days.

I do not ship to Nigeria and I reserve the right to cancel any international sale if I deem it necessary.
