**RETURNS**
Returns are accepted for refund (less shipping fees), provided the request is received within 15 business days and the item is in the same condition as when it was sent, including all tags and/or labels. If an item is received defective, please email me at holly [!at] hollywest.com upon receipt of item as soon as it is received.

**Exchanges**
Exchanges can be made within 15 business days, provided item is in the same condition as when it was sent, including all tags and/or labels. Additional shipping charges will apply.

To ensure smooth handling of your return request, you must contact us via email at returns [!at] hollywest.com to receive a Return Authorization Number and mailing instructions.

I accept PayPal, which is a safe and convenient payment method.

**U.S. Shipping**
Unless otherwised specified in an item description or in the annoucement section and/or shop profile, all of the jewelry in my Etsy store is ready-made and all U.S. orders placed and paid for by midnight (PST) will ship by USPS First Class Mail the next business day.

(This excludes instances where buyers request modifications to items, such as shortening of necklace chains).

Please note that if you paid by eCheck on PayPal, your order will not ship until the eCheck clears.

**International Shipping**
International orders are welcome and will generally ship within 2 business days.

Please note that there are some countries I am not able to ship to due to customs regulations. If you have any questions about whether or not I can ship to your country, please convo me before purchasing an item or email me at holly [!at] hollywest.com.

I do not ship to Nigeria and I reserve the right to cancel any international sale if I deem it necessary.

International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries. Customs forms will be filled out accurately.

**Repairs**
If jewelry purchased from Holly West Jewelry Design is in need of repairs within six (6) months of purchase due to normal wear and tear, please contact me via email at repairs [!at] hollywest.com to obtain a Repair Authorization Number and mailing instructions.

Charges may apply. You will be notified at the time the jewelry is assessed and prior to the beginning of repair.
