Returns and exchanges
to receive a full refund, you must mail back the jewelry, i ask customers to pay for the return mailing, once recieve i will refund your money. if any jewelry piece, recieve damage, please contact me, and let me know ASAP. mail back and receive total money back. if any jewelry, is lost in the mail, PLEASE READ THIS CAFEFULLY: I CAN'T REFUND YOUR MONEY. i am very sorry about this, i had to do this because of scams i have deal with in the past. if you place an order above $75 dollars i will insure it nationally and internationally. THANK YOU SO MUCH - this is in affect starting : november 9, 2009.
