Delivery confirmation is also included on all US purchases. Please contact me if your package does not arrive within expected delivery date.

I attempt to take accurate pictures and give thorough descriptions of my products. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, please contact me immediately. You may return it for a refund but you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Refund will be given on safe return of your purchased items.

******************PLEASE NOTE*********Custom orders for jewelry with a STAMPED name or date on it as well as pieces that have two or more birthstones are non-refundable as I cannot re-sell these.

Concerning ring orders--please make sure of ring size before ordering. If you are unsure of your size, please see a local jeweler who can measure your finger. If I make your ring a different size than you order, I will exchange it at no additional cost. You will need to contact me immediately. Do not attempt to wear the ring if it is the wrong size. Please mail it first class small package, the same as was shipped to you.

*********However, if you order the wrong size, you will need to pay for shipping the ring back to me. There will also be an $8.00 service charge ($15.00 outside US) that covers return shipping to you and some of the cost of additional materials used in making a new ring. Please send this with your ring when you return it. Also enclose a note with correct ring size needed as well the name and address to ship it to.

Payment is expected at the time of purchase. Please notify me before you purchase if this is a problem as I can hold an item in reserve for you for a short time. I reserve the right to cancel the reservation or sale if I have not received payment or payment arrangements have not been made within 3 days.

Any taxes due will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Orders usually ship within 2 to 7 business days from time of purchase and will take 3 to 5 business days for delivery if within the continental U.S. International delivery can take 2-6 weeks. If you need expedited shipping, please let me know so payment arrangements can be made for this service. I will notify you of shipment.

If your Etsy shipping address is different than your paypal address, please confirm which address to ship to in your "message to seller" at the time of purchase. I will not ship orders with two different addresses until I get confirmation from you. This is for your protection and to make sure your order is sent to the correct address. If you don't provide this information at the time of purchase, I will have to contact you by email. It will also delay shipping of your order.

I ship using 1st class mail by USPS. For any purchases made from countries prohibiting or restricting the import of jewelry items, I reserve the right to cancel the sale and refund your full purchase price.
