Hello dear customers and visitors of our store!
A small family company HolmesTies was established in Ukraine at the beginning of 2012. We were gradually developing and growing, we have been always fascinated by what we were doing. We were expanding our production and sales market, were delighted with the idea that our products from Ukraine "scatter" all over the world. We have been happy that people from all over the world trust us!
In 2014, for the first time, we introduced a restriction in our company to serve customers from Russia.
In 2014, Russia attacked our peaceful country for the first time (Ukraine renounced weapons and nuclear weapons back in 1994).
For 8 years, we were living and working in a country at war (a local war with the Russian aggressor in eastern Ukraine). But we have been fighting for our independence and freedom, and hoping for a better future. Every citizen of Ukraine have been working to strengthen and improve our country.
During this period, Ukraine has become a strong, modern, technologically advanced European state, in which the rule of law became the main doctrine.

However... at 4:00 am on February 24, 2022, everything collapsed. For Ukrainians, the whole world collapsed at once! In the 21st century (in the century of globalization and large-scale space exploration), a neighbouring state treacherously attacked a peaceful civilized country!
Russia started a large-scale war against us - peaceful Ukrainians.
My family and I, like 45 million Ukrainians, woke up from terrible explosions that were everywhere. This is how this nightmare began for us, which has been going on for 9 months.
After a long stay in the war zone, my family managed to evacuate.

After long months of refuge we were hospitably received by Canada.
My family and I are grateful to the citizens and government of Canada for the hospitality and assistance provided to refugees from Ukraine.

We are grateful to all the peoples of the civilized world for the help and support that you have provided and continue to provide to Ukraine and Ukrainians! Thanks to YOU, this world will be able to defeat evil! Thanks to YOU, there is Good in this world!

During all this time we have received a huge number of letters of support from our customers. YOU, our beloved customers, expressed so many warm words, prayers and help that we need! We are very grateful to YOU!

We are resuming our work in Canada!
For some time our range of products will not be as diverse. We hope that with the advent of peace in Ukraine, we will also be able to revive our production in our native country. And it will already be a joint Canadian-Ukrainian company.
