When will my item ship?
Most items ship within 1-4 business days, but this can be longer during holidays. Shipping can take 3-8 business days, so please be patient. If you need your item faster, please message me and I can get you expedited shipping options.
My order was marked delivered, but I didn’t receive it.
Check with neighbors to see if the package was delivered to them accidentally.
Contact the postal carrier for help locating the package. Many carriers now use GPS location and photos when delivering packages.
If all else fails, you may need to file a lost/stolen package claim with the carrier.
