Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
After I receive the package, you will be refunded EXLUDING SHIPPING COSTS, providing it is returned as it was sent, in the original packaging.
*** If you receive a DAMAGED or EMPTY envelope/package, please kindly;
- Ask to the postman "TO MAKE AN OFFICIAL ENTRY / TO DRAW UP AN OFFICIAL REPORT DESCRIBING THE SITUATION"
and
- Send me the picture of the envelope/package showing OFFICIAL MARK stating it's arrived empty (if there isn't, ask from postman) and the TRACKING NUMBER label, both seen clearly.
I need these informations to give a petition to the Turkish Post.
OTHERWISE, I do not take responsibility for stolen/damaged packages.
In this case you will be refunded, EXLUDING SHIPPING COSTS, as soon as I receive a response to my petition to the Turkish Post Office.
To prevent these unvanted situations, you can also convo me to purchase shipping insurance prior to ordering.

Shipping
Items will be shipped out within 3 *business days (Mon-Fri) from date of receiving payment. Tracking details will be e-mailed to you (I will notify you of particular shipping dates for specific cases such as custom order items, out of town, vacation etc.)
Please note that every country has not package tracking abilities, then the item can be tracked only until it lefts Turkey.
In the case that the item didn't arrived to you (lost or any other problem), if you contact me, I'll contact to the Turkish Post Office officially and act according to the official reply from them.
If the item was lost I refund to the customer. But be advise that official reply takes time such as 1-2 months.
Shipping time is *normally* 5-10 working days to Europe, 1,5-4 weeks to USA, Canada and other non European Countries.
But it can can occur some delays and take some more days. Since it's due to the receiver country's Post Office system I can not give guarantee for the delivery on time.
Please consider above mentioned circumstances If you plan to use your item for a dated special occasion!
If you wish for faster shipping, that is $23 for USA (please ask for other countries). Expedited delivery time is 3-4 week days in Europe and 5-7 week days for overseas.
Send us a convo prior to ordering if you wish to make use of the carrier option.
In case of the package returns back to me because the wrong/deficient adress given, no unauthorized recipient available or delay for picking the package up, the RE-SHIPPING FEE will be charged from the customer.
International buyers may have to pay customs on your items once they arrive in your country. These costs are the customer's responsibility.
Please be sure to enter your correct shipping address for purchases. In the event that Etsy and PayPal show two different addresses, your package will be shipped to the Etsy address. If you would like the item to be sent elsewhere, leave the address you want your item shipped to in the “messages to the seller” field when purchasing.
