4 out of 5 starsFirst of all, these stocking tags are beautiful. They far exceeded my expectations. I ordered these on November 1st and didn’t receive them until December 18th. Yes - it took six weeks for these to arrive. The seller had machine issues, which is why I think that this may have been an extraordinary circumstance. And I got them by Christmas, which is all I really cared about. HOWEVER… I am taking off one star due to lack of communication. When my order did not ship on time, I sent 1 message a week asking for the status. Each time I got an automated response. It wasn’t until about 1 month later when I finally got an actual response from the seller saying that my order would ship the next day. If the seller had responded to my messages instead of making me feel like I had been ripped off with auto messages, I would have understood.

1 out of 5 starsThis review contains mention of delivery delays WITHIN the seller's control. I ordered this product on October 31st and received it on December 15th. After sending an inquiry at Thanksgiving the seller said she had just resolved some issues with her machinery and orders should be out soon. 2 weeks later, the order's tracking said it had yet to ship. After inquiring again, the product shipped finally and I received it a few days after she shipped it out. Upon receipt, the product obviously had not dried completely before sending, as some of the paint stuck to the shipping package. While this product still meets the function of what I want it to and no one will ever really notice the paint chips, I still can't believe I paid this much for 10 days of enjoyment and paint chips.

1 out of 5 starsI placed an order Nov 1st (needed the tags for a bday present Dec 5th - so I ordered WAY ahead of time) at the time I placed my order there was no delay notes on her shop. Took her a week to respond to my message, she specifically told me she would have my order shipped priority by Nov. 26th so it would make it in time for me to gift it. Needless to say, my package never got shipped, I messaged her afterwards and never got a response, & now I’m waiting for her to issue a refund (it’s been over 2 days now) save yourself the trouble from ordering from this shop until she sorts out all the issues.

1 out of 5 starsHonestly, I NEVER leave bad reviews. However, like the other reviews, I also did not ever receive my item. I ordered on October 29th. I reached out after three weeks went by and got automated responses about taking a break from orders. Finally on thanksgiving I got a message saying her machine broke and she was getting the new part. I didn’t cancel because I felt bad and knew that sometimes things happen! However, now another 2 weeks have gone by and I still have heard nothing. Messaged today and got another automated response saying I would get my order by December 18 or I could cancel. I cancelled. I should not have to wait almost 2 months for this item. Went on another Etsy page and they will be here by the end of the week. Now just waiting to make sure I actually get my money back….

1 out of 5 starsI wish I could review my item but I have never received it. After the item was very delayed I finally received an email that the shop was waiting on a part for their machine. I still have not gotten my item and now the shop states that they are taking a break. 😞

Danny and I started our journey during the college years. He convinced me to buy a 3D printer (when we were already surviving off top o ramen), promised we would make our money back, and we took a HUGE leap. Danny kept good on his promise and we made our money back selling 3D printed cookie cutters. Once I gained a good ten pounds, I decided we should maybe move into selling something that didn't require me making cookies twice a week. My mother was a wedding photographer and growing up I would assist her. I loved being apart of these peoples special day. With my incredibly smart engineer husband, we came up with the idea to make wedding cake toppers. Now, Jana runs this shop solo while Danny is a biomedical engineer. He still fixes any mechanical issues thankfully. We mean it when we say we are truly honored to be a part of your special day. Thank you for making our dreams come true!

We use a laser cutter to create each and every order. We started with one printer and now have expanded to nine of them, plus two laser cutters.

Returns and exchange details
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please message me and I will try my best to correct the problem. I want you to be happy! Please please convo me BEFORE writing a negative review, because most of the time it can be fixed with a conversation that will leave us both happy. I am sorry but because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns.
Payment
We accept any major credit cards, Paypal and Etsy gift cards.
Etsy will send you a conformation email once your purchase is completed. If you DO NOT receive an email, something has more than likely gone wrong and we probably did not receive your order. Please check your Etsy account and convo us if need be.
Shipping

Was your old address linked to your Etsy account and you only realized once you got the conformation email? If so, OMG I've been there. I mean how many places do I need to update my address once I've moved? NO WORRIES! Just please convo us the correct address. Etsy does not let me go in and change your address until I am shipping your order BUT I will add a note to your invoice with the correct address, so at the time of shipping I will input it. Don't trip chocolate chip! These things happen.
+Cancellations+
Did you totally forget the date with the craziness of life? Been there, also. We have about a ONE WEEK turn around time and if you didn't realize that and need to cancel your order, I totally get it. I won't take it personally. That being said, if you did forget to order with enough time, you can convo us to see if I can squeeze you in. Sometimes, I can be magical. Plus you're interested in my shop so I already like you.

After the 1-3 business days processing time, the item will be sent USPS 2-5 days, unless you selected the upgraded priority 2-3 day option, and both will come with a tracking number that can be found in your shipping conformation email.

If you are an international customer please be aware that your country may charge you customs duties and taxes on your purchase. These duties and fees are your responsibility. These are fees that we cannot quote you for and that we will not be held responsible for. We ONLY charge you for actual shipping fees. Returns and/or refunds will not be accepted due to customs fees.
USPS First Class International Mail generally takes about 10 business days to arrive but can arrive quicker or much later. It just depends on your location.
