The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)

- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please convo us within 3 days of purchase, and we will work together to resolve the issue. Our goal is to find a resolution that makes everyone happy.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and other expenses involved with returning an item. Item must be packed well and shipped with tracking and insurance. Item is expected to be returned in the same condition it was received. Upon receipt and examination of the item, a refund will be issued for the purchase price of the item minus the original shipping costs.

Receipts: For the sake of the environment we do not include a receipt or packing slip with orders. If you would like us to include a receipt, please convo us after your purchase and we will include one with your shipment.
International shipments: we are not responsible for customs fees or for packages returned due to customs regulations in a particular country. Please be aware of the customs regulations in your country prior to ordering.
Additional policies and FAQs
Bust or Chest: Measured from armpit to armpit and doubled.
Waist: Measured at the natural waist of a garment and doubled.
Hip: Measured 9 inches below the natural waist and doubled.
Shoulder width: Measured from shoulder seam to shoulder seam in the back of the garment.
Sleeve inseam: Measured from the armpit to the end of the sleeve
Sleeve length: Measured from the top center of the back of the garment to the end of the sleeve.
Garment length: Measured from the top, center of the back of the garment to the bottom of the garment.
All items have had a former life so please expect normal wear and tear as you are buying vintage! We will note any noticeable defects or stains in the item description.
We only buy quality items that we would use so we can ensure you that for being old, these items still look very good! You won't find garage sale junk here!
