I respond to buyer complaints on a case-by-case basis. Above all, I want to make each customer happy! I take great care in ensuring my listings and descriptions are accurate. If there is a discrepancy, let me know and I will do my best to fix it.

If an item was damaged during shipping I will replace the item. I may ask for a photo of the broken item next to the packaging. If the item was vintage one-of-a-kind and cannot be replaced I will grant a refund in the form of store credit.

I ship to the address you provide to Etsy during the checkout process. If the billing address is not the correct mailing address, or you are sending to a friend as a gift, please provide the correct mailing address or include a note to seller. I cannot replace items that are lost due to incorrect mailing address.

I cannot provide refunds/exchanges for custom orders. I typically do not provide refunds/exchanges for patches. However, I will happily fix any problems I can. I will rework the product once it is shipped back to me. Unfortunately, the buyer will have to cover the costs of shipping both ways.
I accept payment through PayPal, credit card, debit card, or Etsy Gift Card.

Construction for made-to-order pieces will not start until payment has been processed. Ready-to-ship items will not be sent until payment has been processed.

If a payment does not go through, I will attempt to contact the buyer about making alternate arrangements. However, if the payment is not processed and there is no reply within two weeks I will cancel the transaction.
I ship all patches via USPS. I ship domestic within United States, to Canada (True North Strong and Free) and Internationally.

All patches are shipped in flat envelopes. All cards and paper goods will be shipped flat with cardboard inserts to avoid bending. All other items (glasswear, supplies, vintage toys) will be shipped as light parcels or packages as appropriate.

NOTE: I ship to the address you provide to Etsy during the checkout process! If your billing address is not the same as the desired shipping address, please include a shipping address. If it is for a gift, please include a shipping address and note and I will be happy to include a special message for your loved ones!

Unfortunately, I cannot be responsible for items that do not reach you if you supplied an incorrect address. I am happy to answer any and all questions!
Additional policies and FAQs
I love working on custom patches! See something missing from my shop, or need a unique piece for a costume, gift, or collection? Send me an email and we'll get straight to work!

A custom order usually starts with an initial consult. The client will tell me what kind of design they would like, along with any pictures or samples they want me to work from. Once the size and price has been determined, I will post a custom listing in the shop. Construction only begins once payment has been processed.

The entire design is collaborative. I will work with the client to find the right materials, colours, and design for their custom piece, and send progress photos along the way. The goal is to have a unique, one of a kind product that will exceed your expectations. Please allow 2-3 weeks for custom pieces, although most rush orders can be accommodated.

I can do custom embroidery on a variety of items, including aprons, pouches, or clothing.
